Taste the Barossa is a small family owned company started by myself, Dallas and my wife Nikki Coull. We met in 1997 while I was working in Greece and Nikki was on holiday from her home in Nottingham England. We have 3 beautiful children, James (12) Georgia (9) and Tamsin (4 months)

I have been involved in tourism in Australia for over 15 years having previously founded Groovy Grape Getaways and am very proud to still see the Groovy buses travelling between Melbourne, Adelaide and Alice Springs today.

After spending 6 years in the UK with Nikki we made the move to Australia in 2009 and started Taste the Barossa. I have a love for the Barossa Valley after spending a great deal of my youth there with one of my first jobs being on the bottle line of the Peter Lehmann Winery.

When you call to make a booking chances are you will speak to Nikki and I will be driving the tour.
